Shipping

Our goal is to ship out all candles within 2-5 days depending on if the item is in stock, and the day of the week. We offer local pickup at established meeting locations. Please contact us directly for more information.

What type of wax/wicks/fragrance are used?

We use a soy blend wax, that is mostly soy and mixed with paraffin. The added paraffin helps with the fragrance and looks, while keeping the clean burn of soy wax. 

The wicks we use are all cotton wicks with no zinc added. It provides a clean look, strong burn, and adds a layer of safety. 

The scent of fragrance oil that we use differs depending on the candles, but all fragrance oils are purchased from reputable candle supply distributers and are clean burning oil specifically made to be used in candles. We do not use any essential oils as they are not specifically made for the use in candles. 

What type of upkeep should I be aware of with my candle?

With all candles please follow all of the warning labels listed on the bottom of the candles. Some of these listed warnings are to ensure you're not burning near anything that can start fire, keep away from children and animals, keeping the candle within site at all times, not burning for longer than 4 hours at a time, and ensuring that you keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 of an inch. 

During your first burn it is best to burn for the full four hours so the candle begins a "burn memory" and then all following burns must also not exceed four hours. This ensures that the candle remains safe and provides the best scent for your home. 

What if I am unhappy with the scent of my candle?

Unfortunately we do not provide any refunds for candles that you do not like the scent. We do our best to describe the scent on the product page. If you truly do not like the scent of your candle the good thing is, is that candles make a great gift! 

What if my candle came damaged, or defective?

If you have any candles that arrived damaged please take pictures immediately and contact us for a full replacement. We do not provide refunds, but will send a replacement candle free of charge. The same goes for if a candle is not burning correctly or is burning in a dangerous manner. Please take pictures and contact us so we can evaluate if it is a candle problem, or some education must be provided to the buyer for a better burn experience.
