About us
We thank you for choosing Stone Cottage Candle Co. to supply you with hand-crafted soy blend candles! We chose to start our company for a few reasons, but our main reason was to supply top quality candles at an affordable price. Normally you can only get one or the other.
Our names are Ryan and Hayley, we are the co founders of Stone Cottage Candle Co. We both work full time in the medical field, and decided to take this up as a hobby as we both find making candles a relaxing thing to do on our off time. We have a beautiful Golden Retriever named Oliver who also helps out with walking around with our supplies in his mouth!
What's our mission?
Included in every purchase, you'll receive an item to help with the bee population. Since 1962 the bee colony population has decreased almost 90%. The leading factors are global temperature changes and a decrease in pollinator plants. We cant change the temperature on our own, but we can help increase pollinator plants. Bees contribute to over 80% of all pollination of plants. Without them, we will inevitably lose our plants eventually. So help us with increasing the amount of plants the bees have to aid in pollination!
Our candles
Our candles are all hand-crafted by us in Michigan. We use an organic soy blend for our wax, with top quality fragrance oils. We are a small business where all the research, design, and crafting is done by only the two of us. We hope to provide top quality, affordable, good looking candles to all.
